Rear Admiral of the Green Sir Antonio LOPES, HMS Gryphon, represented the Royal Manticoran Navy while participating in Starfleet International’s Executive Committee/Admiralty Board Meeting at Starfleet International’s Conference in Louisville, KY, 12 August 2016, wearing a mix of Starfleet insignia and TRMN uniform. Effective 18 August, 2016 RADM Lopes is hereby awarded the PRISONER OF WAR MEDAL and authorized to wear the POW ribbon.
