My thanks to the personnel who conducted Royal Manticoran Navy operations at MARCON, held in Columbus, Ohio, 12-14 May 2017. This was designated a fleet level event, and the participating personnel recruited new members for the local chapter. All awards are effective 16 May 2017.

It is likely that he has participated in more convention recruiting operations than any other TRMN member worldwide this year, resulting in excellent growth in the Task Force 22 area of operations.
