Re: Appointment of Commander, Task Force 21 (ND 16AP-02)
As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Commodore Justin Grays, Baron New Victoria, as Commanding Officer, Task Force 21.
Commodore Grays is directed and required to transfer aboard the flagship of TF21, there to assume the duties and responsibilities for regional oversight over all Her Majesty’s ships, light attack craft, and pinnaces operating in Minnesota (Task Group 21.1) and Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan (Task Group 21.2).
In addition I do hereby direct all officers herein named to take charge of their commands and proceed to their assigned patrol area and protect the lives and property of Manticoran citizens therein, In addition you will fulfill any other duties as may be assigned by the Second Fleet Commander, his Deputies and the First Space Lord, this order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 19-APR-16
