On 9 November, 2019, at approximately 1720 hours, members of HMS Samurai received a call from Captain JG Rex Hood, CO, HMLAC Scythe. His vehicle had been disabled due to an encounter with a deer, and he was stranded. HMS Samurai’s personnel moved quickly to head to CAPTJG Hood’s location, and make sure he was safe, and got him home.
For their actions in rendering aid to a fellow member, and in doing so being forced to leave the convention earlier than planned, the following awards are authorised:

For his performance at the Saturday Demon’s Rest party in his capacity as half of ‘The Courtesan and the Cabin Boy’, which enhanced the party, leading to several occasions where large parts of the attendees and TRMN staff were engaged in sing-alongs, the following member is hereby awarded the Navy Achievement Medal.

In his persona as Commodore Marok zantai-toQqul, CO Cold Terror Fleet, Klingon Assault Group, S2/c Malenkoff was dressed in Klingon garb, with the RMN shoulder patch on his sash/baldric. For this, the following member is awarded the Prisoner of War Medal.

While in full RMN working uniform, CPO Kampersal was a frequent ‘visitor’ to the Klingon Jail & Bail, serving to draw awareness to their activity, and help raise funds for the convention charity. This assistance amounted to no less than two ‘shifts’ working with the KAG fan table. For this, the following member is hereby awarded the Masadan Occupation Medal.

Effective 01 December, 2019, Rear Admiral of the Red Sir Wayne BRUNS, Baron Grosvenor, is hereby appointed Commanding Officer, Task Force 21, Royal Manticoran Navy, relieving Commodore Dame Ann Erikson.
Second Fleet extends its thanks and gratitude to Commodore Erikson for her exceptional service.
Rear Admiral Bruns is directed and required to transfer aboard the flagship of TF21, there to assume the duties and responsibilities for regional oversight over all Her Majesty’s ships, light attack craft, and pinnaces operating in Task Force 21.
I do hereby direct all officers herein named to take charge of their commands and proceed to their assigned patrol area and protect the lives and property of all Allied citizens therein.
