Effective 04NOV014, by my authority as acting Commanding Officer 2nd Fleet, the PRISONER OF WAR MEDAL is awarded to CAPT(SG) SIR WAYNE BRUNS for representing The Royal Manticoran Navy with a mix of RMN and Starfleet uniform during his participation at the 1701st Fleet recruiting table at Anime Fusion, 18OCT2014.
